Two ways we might help ourselves to live by the Spirit, as St Paul talks about in Galatians 5, are through identifying our spiritual gifts and Enneagram personality type
For the former, this CPAS resource may be of use. To identify and intentionally practice your spiritual gifts is by definition to live by the Spirit in one sense.
For the latter, you may like to explore the Enneagram through one of the many good books, e.g., Richard Rohr and Andreas Ebert's book: Enneagram: A Christian Perspective or Don Riso and Russ Hudson's book: The Wisdom of the Enneagram. These texts, combined with various tests (see Riso and Hudson or https://www.enneagraminstitute.com/) will help you to identify your dominant personality type, and explore something of the struggle you experience between your passions and virtues. An awareness of which may be helpful in choosing to live by the Spirit.
